NEW ACCOUNT
Action Upholstery Supply is a wholesale distributor selling only to businesses in the upholstery trade. This is the most basic information we need to enter a new account to be able to ship an order. Orders can be placed and shipped prepaid credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa accepted) or payment can be mailed ahead of time. Other forms of payment can be established upon request. See forms below: For Florida customers, orders will be shipped with tax until we receive a current DR-13. Tax cannot be credited on orders shipped previous to receipt DR-13. To send the current copy of the DR-13: Fax (941-366-5220).

Ordering
There are a multitude of ways to place your order once your wholesale account has been approved. You can call and speak to one of our experienced customer service reps over the phone. You can also place your order online 24/7, email order to ORDERS@ACTIONUP.COM, fax 941-366-5220 or text your order to 941-234-9788.

 

Shipping
We take advantage of several shipping options to try and get you the best rates and deals. We ship parcel ground with UPS and FEDEX across the country. We also use ADL, a regional shipper with great rates on bulky packages (Foam & Dacron). But you need a commercial shipping address and to be in the southeast. For large orders, we ship pallets LTL with several carriers. Please keep in mind we will compress, combine, put smaller items in fabric tube, roll up and use every other tool available to keep freight costs down. If you would like your order packaged a certain way, please let us know. Everything ships from one location unless it is a dropship, so you will not have one order ship from multiple locations across the country. Most orders are shipped the same day if we receive them before 2pm eastern.

 

Action Truck Deliveries
We have our own Fleet of box trucks that we use for deliveries. We run deliveries from Tampa to Marco Island every week. Cost is a flat rate depending on location, unless your order is over a certain amount then you get free shipping. (only free shipping option we offer) This is a great option because we can guarantee your delivery and large bulky items don’t cost extra such as sheets of foam, PVC boards, 24-foot tubing for Biminis and dodgers, large rolls of batting and stuffing etc. Contact a customer service rep to find out your delivery schedule.

 

Customer pick up
If you are located near Sarasota, you can come pick your orders up in person. We are open 8-5 Monday through Thursday and 8-3 on Fridays. We recommend calling your order an hour ahead of time, so you do not have to wait. But you are more than welcome to walk in, order and wait. We have a large selection of samples for you to check out while we process your order.

 

Payment
There are a couple of payment options. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, ACH payments or cash. We accept checks with proper identification.

 

Net Terms
To receive net 30 terms, please complete our account PDF form with at least three valid trade credit references. Terms will be established once references have been received. Invoices aged past 30 days and payment is remitted with a credit card, there will be a 3% service charge.

 

Free Samples
We provide samples of our products at no cost to you. The samples are a tool to help you sell jobs and pick the right designs with your customer. We have everything from large stack books, fan decks, waterfall samples, cards, binders, small books, memo samples, charts, and large boards. All that we ask is that you take samples that you believe you will use. Memo samples are sent via US mail.
