Traditionally known as “Vinyl Top Pad” this product is a closed cell polyethylene foam that has unique properties that make it quite versatile. The closed cell structure keeps water out making it great in outdoor applications. It is so lightweight that it floats but strong enough that it can be used in high impact applications. Additionally, it holds its structural integrity so well that it can be sanded down and sculpted for particular looks or functions. While it is traditionally used for automotive projects it can be used for any outdoor application looking to take advantage of the unique properties.
