Our Marketing Policy
Terms:
Credit card payments charged the same day that an order is shipped. C.O.D. and Net 30 day open accounts with prior application and approval (due 30 days from date of invoice). Past due open account balances subject to 18% finance charge.
Checks:
Acceptable with our approval. All returned checks will be assessed a minimum $20.00 charge.
Return Merchandise:
All returns must have prior approval and issued an RMA against the original invoice. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt. Returned products are inspected and subject to a restocking fee. All cut goods are subject to the following guidelines:
5 yards or less will incur a 50% restocking fee
Less than 10 yards will incur a 25% restocking fee
10 yards or more will incur a 20% restocking fee
Shortages or Damage:
Claim must be made immediately upon receipt of merchandise. Examine all merchandise carefully before cutting or putting into use. No allowances will be made after cutting or use.

Delivery: Within our normal local delivery areas
Free delivery is available on our trucks with a qualifying order of $250.00 or more for most commercial locations. A minimum order amount of $110.00 is required otherwise a $7.00 delivery fee will be applied.
Residential deliveries are eligible for free delivery on our trucks for a qualifying order of $375.00 or more. A minimum order amount of $140.00 is required otherwise a nominal $10.00 delivery fee will be applied.
Rural locations minimum order amount of $200.00 is required otherwise a nominal "to be determined" delivery fee will be applied.
Delivery: Outside our normal local delivery - or orders that do not meet Action truck delivery criteria:
Optional shipping methods include UPS, FedEx, ADL & USPS. All shipping costs will be charged to the customer. Typically, these charges are prepaid by Action Upholstery Supply and then added to your invoice unless otherwise requested.
Memo Samples:
Samples, of fabric and vinyl, are available upon request at an approximate size of 5" x 8". If larger samples are needed, there will be a nominal charge and are non-returnable.
