Silex is a silicone based vinyl. Delivering outstanding performance in an inherently cleanable and environmentally responsible product. Silicone vinyls have a tremendously soft and supple hand, due to the silicone base material and four-way stretch properties. The Sta-Kleen coating makes it incredibly resistant to staining and very easy to clean. The silicon fabric technology allows it to tolerate the high alcohol content cleaners used in the medical and hospitality industries. Its overall performance allows it to perform well in the marine, automotive and contract use cases.

- Cleaning and Care: Remove ordinary dirt and smudges with mild soap and water. A 10:1 ratio of water to bleach solution may be used as a disinfectant. Rinse the surface with clean water after disinfecting. Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth or towel. We recommend that you use Clorox Healthcare and Clorox Pro products to disinfect Mitchell products in commercial settings.
