This extra firm marine grade upholstery foam is a standard polyurethane foam that is sold by the sheet with thickness options ranging from 1-4 inches. It would be considered medium-high density (1.9 lbs./ft3) and extra firm (ILD 95) for a polyurethane upholstery foam. This foam can withstand outdoor and marine environments because of the antimicrobial factors that it is produced with. This foam is perfect for a classic extra firm cushion back or bottom. Commonly found of flats skiffs where the extra firmness allows for a thinner sleeker cushion while still preventing the cushion from bottoming out.

This item is sold by the sheet and will be delivered with a protective layer of plastic around it. For orders that ship via national couriers we fold, compress, vacuum seal, and box the foam. Please note your foam will take 2-6 hours to return to normal size once the seal is removed.
