C.S. Osborne E-Z Tool Cutters are plier-action hole cutters designed to cut fabric openings for fastener installation. These tools are used to prepare material for the eyelet and back plate used with turn button fasteners (also known as Common Sense or twist lock fasteners) and curtain fasteners (also known as Lift-the-Dot fasteners).
Unlike traditional punch tools, these cutters create fast, clean openings with a single-handed squeeze.
